Setup
Once the registration is done setup the company essentials.
Organize and customize your company the way you require.
Departments
First, Create and set up departments following your organization's hierarchical infrastructure. Click on 'Setup Department'.
Click on '+ Add' to add one or more departments.
Provide the department name and click on 'Add' as it is highlighted in the following image.
Designation
Enter the designations of the employees. Click on 'Setup Designation'.
Insert the designations as many as you want. Click on '+Add'.
Write the designation name.
Click on the dropdown of 'Select Department' to choose which department the designation belongs to.
Select the reporting designation. It would simplify the process of assigning reporters. Click on the '+' sign beside the 'Reports To' section.
Click on the dropdown of 'Available Designation'. Choose the available designations from the previously created designations.
Click on 'Add'.
Skills
Click on 'Add Skills' to increase the visibility of available skills on the organization along with the experts.
Click on '+ Add' to start adding the skills.
Write the skill in the mentioned space 'Skill Name'.
Choose the department clicking on the drop down of 'Select Department' section.
Click on Add.
Roles & Permissions
Your organization must maintain the confidentiality among the department. We know that requirement.
Click on Setup 'Roles & Permissions' and choose the department you want to grant or revoke permission for any operational activities.
Write the roles name and assign the permission by clicking the check boxes in every module like Employee, Clients, Projects and more.
Then Click on 'Save Role'.
Add Employees
It's time to assign employees.
Click on 'Add Employees'.
Assign employees in every department following their current working positions in the organization.
Click on '+Add'.
Now it's all easy.
Just provide the employee details.
Choose their Department and Designation just by clicking on the dropdown of the boxes.
Assign role permission according to requirement.
Click on 'Add'.
