Employee Database Management to centralize all employee data securely for streamlining HR processes and maximizing efficiency.

Employees

Step 1: Log in to the Teamtrace portal.

Step 2: On the Navbar, click on the dropdown of ‘Employees’.

Step 3: To check the database of present employees click on Current employee. You can quickly check the personal details, currently and previously assigned projects, and employment history by clicking on the employee's name on the list.

Step 4: To add a new employee to the database click on the ‘add’ button.

Step 5: Fill up the employee details, store official credentials, onboarding, deboarding, and other official employee documents.

Step 6: Step by step, first complete the personal info section then click on ‘save and next’, and repeat the process for credentials and documents as well.

Step 7: To check the list of past employees click on ‘Past employees’. The employees are automatically added to the list once the deboarding formalities are done.

Step 8: Alternatively, if you want to check employment history, update data, change password, and change working status click on the ellipsis (three-dot menu) underneath the Action section of the dashboard.

Step 9: To check the employment history of a current employee after clicking on the ellipsis underneath the action section click on 'Employment history'.

Step 10: Once the Employment history screen appears you can update or add the employment history of that specific employee. Click on the 'Add' button.

Step 11: Fill up the details and click on 'Add'.

Step 12: Alternatively, to change the previously recorded information of the employees click on 'Update'.

Step 13: Change the details you want to and click on 'save and next'

Step 12: To change the employee portal password, Click on Change Password.

Change the Password and click on submit.

Step 13: Changing the working status of the employees: if the employee is not working currently in the organization then click on 'change status' and enter the last working date of the specific employee to shift the data of the employee to 'past employees' and click on 'OK'.
